How do I secure my unit?
Units can be secured with any type of padlock or disc lock. We do sell locks that are more secure than the average padlock.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be mailed in, made over the phone, online, or in person at our office. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Nope, we rent on a month to month basis. Long term contracts are available.
How much is the deposit?
Deposits are $20 and due at signing. Deposits are refundable at the end of your lease if your unit is left in a clean undamaged state.
It's a Holiday, are you closed?
Our office is closed, but you can access your unit 365 days a year. The location at 2601 North 27th has 24/7 access. The location at 627 North 66th has set access hours.
What can't I store?
Please do not store liquids, perishables, toxic materials, flammable liquids, and explosives.
When can I move in?
If we have a unit that meets your needs, you can move in that same day. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
What security do you provide?
We have security cameras that run 24/7 and a team that does routine checks at each location to ensure the security of your belongings. We also have insurance available to you, for the added peace of mind.
How much notice do I need to give to moving out?
We ask you notify us 5 days before. We do prorate your unused rent so you only pay for what you use.
